What Causes Tiredness,bloating,nausea And Spotting?

Im 45 and my last period was 4 mths ago and im very regular been feeling very tired went to doctor because of the fatigue ( tubes tied 20 years ago) he did blood work and said everything was fine, still feel tired, very bloated to the point sometimes i look pregnant, feeling nauseous sometimes and little pains but nothing really bad. I have had some very lite spotting mostly at work but its only noticeable when i urinate, are these normal symptoms of menopause?
