Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms are suggestive of a pinched nerve. With your leg deformities, these symptoms are quite normal.
Anyway, I recommend performing a nerve conduction study.
A lumbar spine X ray study would help exclude possible bulging disk in this region, which could cause radicular nerve pain in this region.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Best wishes, Dr. Aida
