What Causes Tongue Numbness, Neck Pain, Vision Loss, Blurred Vision, Lip Numbness?

I was at the mall, eating french fries when I realized that I couldn't taste my food in my right part of my tounge. I started moving my tongue and also found out that it was numb in a way. The next day, my neck hurt so much. It felt like a burning/sharp pain that ran down my neck to my shoulder. My eye was also very red and scary looking. The pain in my neck started to slow down and go away. It still hurts now, but much much less than before. This morning, I woke up and felt that my left eye is kinda heavy so I looked in a mirror. I blinked and saw that my right eye can't close! Every time I blink, it looks like I'm winking. haha. Even worse is that I can not see through my right eye that well now. If I close my left eye, my vision is completely blurry. My upper right area of my lip is also numb.
