What Causes Tremors In Had And Muscle Weakness In Legs?

my father age 70 has a tremor in the right hand and his legs muscle feel heavy and weak since thursday. hes generally well and active he has high blood pressure and diabetes but they are under control. do you have any siggestions what to do to improve it? or tests to be done?

Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. It appears to be secondary to calcium or electrolyte abnormalities.
2. Evaluation of calcium levels is necessary. Hypocalcemia is known to cause twitches, tremors and muscle weakness.
3. If calcium level is low, calcium supplements is necessary. Rarely hypokalemia can present with muscle weakness and cramps. Do get tests done for confirmation and further treatment.
