What Causes Tremors In The Hands And Cramps In The Fingers?
I have been having kicking in my left leg, (full reflex), for about 4 weeks now. It is more evident later in the day when I go to relax, but I can feel impulses in my leg all day. My hands have now started to tremble more regularly and have been doing strange cramping where my fingers are forced towards my thumb. I have fibromyalgia already and am on medications that include Gabapentin, and Cymbalta. My recent MRI looked good, however I do have Stenosis, pinched nerves, and a bulging disk in my back, and severe arthritis in my neck.

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms could be related to the chronic degenerations in the spine and the spinal canal stenosis.
Anyway, I would recommend checking calcium and vitamin D plasma levels for possible deficiency.
