For climax in sex i would prefer Oral sex.

Its a best medicine you should try because Oral sex make person to feel more for sex, and that could solve your problem.

You should not go for direct climax but try to go with oral sex which she would like even.

I will suggest if it not works you may have to talk with wife and take her to doctor by advice her that nothing wrong to go for doctor for this its nothing but natural thing which happens to many people.
