What Causes Twisting Stomach Discomfort?

4 days ago, I woke up @ 4:00AM, because my stomach started feeling like it was being twisted on the inside. I had diarrhea & the pain in my stomach was like a 7 out of 10, it was like that for 10 minutes or so. After I let some gas go it started to feel better & the rest of my day was fine. But the next night my stomach started to twist alot & i went to eat & took some pepto bismol & after a while it got better. Now, today while i was laying on my bed, it started hurting alot. I had a good lunch & drank lots of water. Is there something wrong with me?

dear you may be suffering from IBS or acute gastritis. many other possibilities also there but I'm mentioned only most possible causes.please avoid fatty food and alcohol, avoid smoking and caffeine.use tab.simethicone twice a day.tab.rifagut thrice a day if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor and get it done one ultrasound scan.he will treat you accordingly.
