What Causes Twitching In Limbs With Bruises On Arms?

I have developed three bruises on my arms, all with a hard white center. I m 43, my legs have been going numb, and feet. I am extremely sleepy, although I take adderrol by prescription. It s hard to stand up many times. I m 6 4 200lbs. My limbs twitch from time to time. In decent shape and eat well. Vision , although with glasses, goes in and out of clear to fuzzy..

Thanks for your query.
Unexplained bruising once in while is understandable but if occurs frequently should be investigated thoroughly since it can indicate an underlying medical condition or ailment. It may also be due to deficiency of vitamin C, vitamin B12, folic acid and vitamin K.
Many times taking medications like aspirin, ibuprofen, non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and even birth control pills increases chances of sudden bruising. Topical and systemic corticosteroids cause skin thinning, making one prone to bruises. Many a time bruising can be caused due to liver ailments, kidney diseases and blood disorder.
Muscle twitching can be due to following.
1.Anxiety
2.High thyroid level
3.High blood pressure
4.Idiopathic
