What Causes Unbearable Pain In The Right Hand Side Of Lower Belly?

Sir,i am a 19 year old girl who has already suffered from an awful Hepatitis A when i was of 12 years.Off late i am suffering from reduced appetite.Whenever i tend to have full stomach meal , the right hand side lower region of my belly tends to pain suddenly which often becomes unbearable.It is an irregular periodic pain which lasts for the next 10-15 minutes and then disappears.Is it something serious ? Please enlighten me regarding this symptom.Thank you.
