hello doctor my grandma is nuero patient . she is in very bad condition now.her age is 78. she already had a problems of blood clot in brain and recovered soon but now situation is sop weird . she is in state of unconsciousness (not COMA) ,we can see some movements in hand and body . so we gave medication

Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Shock, dehydration, low blood pressure, low blood sugar, severe infection, stroke, myocardial infarction are common causes.
2. Any unconsciousness should be taken to ER immediately.
3. Will require CT brain, blood tests, blood pressure, blood culture for further evaluation.
4. Better to go early. If not treated early, could complicate and be life threatening.
