What Causes Uncontrolled Hypertension And Headache?
My mom and had a number of high blood pressure readings over the last few days. This morning being 177 over 123 with a pulse reading of 85. She is 86 years old and takes blood pressure medicine. She has had some headaches, dull pain in her left arm....Is this something I should get her seen for immediately

yes you need to attend as soon as possible.
High blood pressure usually didnt have any symptoms. if high BP with associated symptoms of head ache should be an indication for stroke.
dull pain in the left will give a lead to acute heart symptoms.(heart attack)
kindly take her to emergency department for further management.
