What Causes Unitary Tract Infection?

I have been tested off an on for a unibary tract condition. My last test I was okay, however. I also had a ultrasound in my pelvic area but that came back okay. my concern is that I still have urine that doesn't look good and my left side over back has been hurting. My body just doesn't feel right.
