What Causes Unresolved Black Stools?
Hello Black color stool is a matter of concern, it might be related to gastrointestinal bleeding or intake iron tablets. In my opinion you should go for stool test for occult blood test and blood hemoglobin estimation to assess amount of blood loss. Since you are having pain in upper back, vomiting and diarrhea which might be related to gastroenteritis or Acid peptic disease.
