Hello,
You are 36 years of age and are experiencing clear watery discharge like pee. It is odor less. Perimenopause, or menopause transition, begins several years before menopause. You are in perimenopausal phase. It usually starts in women's 40s, but can start in their 30s or even earlier. Perimenopause lasts up until menopause. No worries, your discharge is healthy as it is clear, watery, it also doesn’t have a strong odor and doesn’t cause irritation.
Vaginal atrophy can cause a watery discharge due to the thinning of the vaginal walls.
You are suggested to get clinically examined by an
OBGYN to get your
cervix examined. You may be asked to do a
Pap smear to detect any cervical erosions, changes in the cells, etc. You will be treated accordingly. Sometimes,
leukorrhea also causes such symptoms. Get per vaginal examination doe, you may need a course of antibiotics. Take care of your hygiene. Do not douche vagina, do not use harsh lubricants, perfumed products. If there is
hormonal problem you will be treated accordingly. Take diet rich in minerals (
magnesium, zinc, calcium, etc.) and protein. Reduce stress, stay away from addictions if any.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
