What Causes Unusual Spotting And Negative Pregnancy Test?

Hi, i was on diane 35 till april 15th, got my period on 20th april, I got 2 days period in 22nd May and from 3rd June I am getting brown sticky discharge, lower back pain, fatigue. HCG test on 6th June is negetive. My Doc gave me Tab Etosys. Please suggest Thanks, Madhurima
