What Causes Unusual Swelling That Increases In The Ankles Every Evening?

My ankles have started swelling and by late evening are larger. I was on bp medication, pre hyper tension stage, but discontinued to see if this was the cause. Still happening but I have been drinking a lot of wine, maybe 1 plus bottles per nite. Amy ideas?

Hi swelling in lower limbs indicate pedal oedama it occurs due decrease venous return had an Doppler study and also rule any cardiac pathology because or any renal.pathology also it results in swelling please rule out the root cause by consulting the doctor don't neglect
