What Causes Unusual Urination?

hi, sometimes when i urinate, midway my urine becomes whitish. so one day i decided to collect and view the whitish urine. it had suspended whitish particles in it. At times towards the end of urinating a clear, slippery fluid surrounds my penis. Am really scared!
