Hello,
The symptoms that you are experiencing are indicative of gastritis, ulcers, and
gastroenteritis or
gall bladder issues.
Dark green stool may indicate excess bile or digestive issues. Avoid fatty, fried, and dairy-heavy foods. If symptoms are recurrent, consider a clinical examination for evaluation of the gallbladder. Take probiotics (yoghurt, supplements) to restore gut balance to treat gastroenteritis.
Gastroenteritis is commonly caused by contaminated food or water, food poisoning, or viral infections. Take adequate boiled water after cooling to prevent
dehydration. To rule out stomach ulcers and gastritis, get clinically examined by a gastroenterologist and get blood tests, occult blood tests, endoscopy, etc., if required. You are advised to avoid taking fried food, spicy food, oily junk food. Take boiled food. Take Omeprazole or
Pantoprazole will help to relieve symptoms.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
