What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain After Eating Food?

Hi, I have been experiencing pains in my stomach (upper part, underneath my chest). It always happens in the office after lunch but I eat differnet things so it does not seems to be associated with food. May it happen because I spend a lot of time sitting ?
