What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain And Vomiting?

Hi my name is ffff I am 58 I have been having upper abodominal pain on and off for a while now. It happens mainly in the middle to the night and if I put my fist into my upper ab and massage it will sometimes help me go to the bathroom I also have bring with it and all of a sudden my mouth will salivate and I will throw up

Hi.
You have to get an Upper GI endoscopy done at the earliest. There can be an ulcer in the stomach. We should also rule out stomach Cancer by biopsy.
The salivation and the vomiting are due to a reflex mechanism of the body.
