What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain When Diagnosed With URI?

I have been having severe upper stomach pain above the belly button. I also for the last few weeks feel like i m drooling. I do have upper respiartory infection i got this summer. got to z-packs in Sept and it did not clear it all the way up. My mom thinks i have an ulcer.

Your query being appreciated, the given symptoms could be suggestive of acid peptic disease it could be ulcer but it can only be confirmed with specific test mere symptoms can not rule out this, but it is the acid peptic disease in other word it is the hyperacidity I would suggest to try PPI (Proton pump inhibitor ) and the best molecule is Omeprazole 40 mg and it can be taken once in day for six week it will heal the ulcer too if it is ever there hope this information helps.
