What Causes Upper Back Pain And Heaviness In Head When Taking Deep Breath?

I am having a hard time drawing in a deep breath. I have no cough or wheezing. When I am able to draw a deep breath my upper right back and shoulder hurt. My neck is soar in the back as well, it just feels like my head is really heavy. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Cervical spondylosis should be rule out in your case.It can give heaviness of head chest discomfort and neck pain.A physical examination with an orthopedician and a x ray cervical spine can help to rule out that.I usually treat this with NSAIDs like aceclofenac muscle relaxants like cyclobenzaprine and neurotropic drugs like pregabalin and methylcobalamin.I also send them for physiotherapy along with this.Neck exercise and cervical collar application also will be helpful in such case.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
I find this answer helpful
