What Causes Upper Right Abdomen Sore, Extreme Gas From Mouth And Constipation?

My son ,27yrs old have problem. been to the Dr. many times but the problem still exist. His upper right of his abdominal very sore ,got lots of gas coming out on his mouth, he eats small amount of food he feel very full. his stool very pale, constipation, very tired, very bad temper.
