What Causes Upset Stomach And Dizziness While Lying Down?
my wife has had an upset stomach for 2 days along with dizzines esp when she is lying down. She is not pregnant and she is known for having a strong stomach. She gave birth in july and recently 2 weeks ago stopped taking prozac. Could this be serious? She said when she lays down she feels like she is spinning...

She is having specific positional giddiness on lying down position.
So vertigo is more likely.
So consult ENT doctor and rule out inner ear pathology.
