What Causes Upward Growing Of Toe Nails In A Child?
My daughters toe nails grow up, is this a sign of a health problem? She is 11 and her toe nails grow normal to the end of the bed then turn to the sky. Shoe fit is not the situation as we have deduced it is not tight shoes or socks as this happens when only toeless sandals are worn for several months.

Hi.... by what you got I feel that your kid is having spatulated nails. This condition goes hand in hand with iron deficiency anaemia which could be severe. I suggest you get in touch with your pediatrician regarding the confirmation of the suggested diagnosis and also appropriate iron supplements.
