What Causes Urethra Pain While Completing Urination?

For the past week I have been having a really sharp pain the last few seconds of peeing. The pain is coming from my urethra. Also almost all the time my bladder hurts a little and is very uncomfortable. I have just recently become sexually active .. any ideas?

Radiologist 's  Response
Hello

Your symptoms may be due to many reasons like calculus in genitourinary tract, urinary tract infection(UTI) etc.
You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram, random blood sugar, liver function test, urine RE/ME,renal function test, ultrasound of abdomen.
Ultrasound of abdomen can exclude many possibilities.

Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Get well soon.
Take Care
