What Causes Urethral Obstruction?

Hi I have a feeling like there is something in my urethra, i doesn t hurt but it feel weird. I also have to make one or two pushes when i pee to get everything out, it has been like this as far as i can remember, the pushing, not the urethra thing. The tube on the underside of my penis, corpus spongiosum, looks flat maybe 2-3cm under my glans, i don t know if this is related but i have also had this for as long i can remember.

Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for query.

To strain to pass urine is strongly to be suspected to be due to narrowing of urethral passage (Stricture Urethra) and has to be ruled out by following basic tests .
1) Urine Routine test and culture
2) Radiological test called Cystourothrogram.

Consult qualified Urologist and get these tests done under is guidance .If needed he may do endoscopic examination of urethral passage and bladder (Cysto Urethroscopy).

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
