What Causes Urge For Bowel Movement, Constipation And Pressure In Lower Back?

Hello,
I have always have regular bowel movement until a couple of days ago. It feels like my anus is blocked. Almost swollen since nothing gets through no matter how often I try or how hard I push. I feel the urge to use the restroom but nothing will come out. It also is painful to push and feel pressure in my lower back. I have also become gassy and feel full and nauseous as well.
