What Causes Urge Incontinence Along With Nausea?
I am 68 years old and have an ileoscopy that i have had since 2009. Recently at times when i need to urinate or have urinated i feel a tenderness in my bottom (i have no rectum) and feel nausea. I have had a problem with an erection for about a year and when i have sex with my wife and feel I have completed it i never have a ejaculation occur for this same period of time.

The common causes of Urge incontinence are:
1) Urinary tract infection
2) Bladder stone
3) Diabetes
4) Benign prostate hypertrophy
5) Medications like tablet Lasix
You can take tablet Urikind or tablet Terol La, and tablet Ondesetron after consultation.
Do ultrasound abdomen and pelvis and keep yourself hydrated. I will suggest you to follow up with detailed history or consult with urologist for detailed examination.
