What Causes Urge To Urinate And Pain During Urination To A 7 Year Old?
My seven year old son, has been crying all day, sitting on the toilet for hours, saying it hurts when he pees and that the pee wont come out, I have had UTI and I know how painful they are. But can boys get these too? Also he hasnt made a bowel movemnet in 2 days, and said he feels like he needs to poop.

He may have a urinary tract infection .it may or may not be associated with fever.constipation is a well known risk for urinary tract disorders.yes,boys can have too. Urine culture is the investigation of choiice
