What Causes Urge To Urinate And Pinkish Discharge At The End Of Urination?

I woke up this morning and haven't stopped feel like I need to urinate. When I first went I had a harp pain at the end that sent chills all over my body. When I wiped there was a string of tissue and looked like it was pink from the urination but the water was clear. what could be the cause?

Hello,

Some Irritation in the mucus membrane (inner layer of urinary pathway) may cause discoloration and tissues in the urine output because of dehydration, infection or kidney stone.

Since, you do not feel any abnormal pain and discomfort, then no need to panic. Kindly do urine routine to do rule out the issue.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Senthilnathan Subramanian
