What Causes Urge To Urinate And Stomach Bloating?

I have a very bloated stomach but can t pee. Get urge every 3 minutes andam in grea tpain. When I try to pee I just push through my anus. I think I might have burst something through pushing. I am in a lot o fpain. This has been going on for 6 hours.It came on after I had drunk 3 pints of lager. It has happened before. It hpasses after a while nd eventually I can pee but this is the worst I have had it. I can t lie down.

Hi,

Bloating and lager consumption has increased your pee due to diuretic function(increased filtering by the kidney). Your urge and inability to pee suggest some issue related to the lower urinary tract from the bladder to the outside. it needs evaluation. it can be as simple as a stone in the bladder or urethra or a stricture. you need to meet a urologist and get evaluated by ultrasound abdomen and pelvis and cystoscopy.
