Start
1. Bladder training and Double voiding exercise
2. Scheduled toilet every 3-4 hours
3. Reduce fluid intake and take more solid fluid

1. Anticholinergic- Oxybutynin
C. Medical device
You can put urethral insert if not response to drugs and behavior technique.
D. Last option is surgery is problem is severe
1. Bladder neck obstruction
2. Artificial urinary sphincter
