What Causes Urge To Urinate, Less Urine Volume And Bladder Pressure?

Hi, I've been getting strong urges to go to the bathroom and when i go to urinate not a lot comes out and my bladder still feels full and full of pressure. Also when i wipe it's pink sometimes with little strands of what appears to be blood. This has been going on for two days...

Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. It appears to be a bladder inflammation or infection
2. You need to get a urine examination done for red blood cells, white blood cells and epithelial cells. If white blood cells are high, culture will also be necessary.
3. Cystoscopy to identify any specific cause in bladder needs to be done for urinary examination is normal.
