What Causes Urge To Urinate, Less Volume Of Urine And Burning Sensation?

I'm a 15 year old female I weigh 107 pounds I'm 5'2" and I'm having problems urineating. I'm constantly having to go pee and when I do it comes out in little spurts. its cloudy and clear and it smells somerimes. sometimes I also get a burning sensation. last time I had intercoarse 1 week ago. but this has been going on for about 2 months. do you know what may be wrong?
