General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Yes, most probably UTI. Get a home urine testing, can buy at your local drugstore to check it out. If positive should see your doctor as might need prescription antibiotics.

Meanwhile, I advise to:
- drink plenty of water
- take cranberry supplement
- take Mefenamic acid or spasmex for the pain
- take hot baths to reduce the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
