What Causes Urinary Incontinance And Changed Bowel Habits?

I have suffered with lumbar, sacral pain which causes pain and weakness in my legs. I stopped menstruating suddenly at age 49. I suffer with urinary incontinance and changed bowel habits. I have lost 10 kilos in 12 months without trying. My blood test showed elevated CEA. Could this be ovarian cancer?

Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
* Urinary incontinence relates to neurological compression at Lumbosacral
levels controlling bladder contractions, relaxations. It has nothing to do with
menopause.
* Changed bowel habits need extensive evaluations clinically & diagnostically.
* Elevated CEA with Ultrasound abdomen & pelvis +/- CT Scan is more
precise for ovarian cancer evaluations rather than just freaking out.
Hope this clears your doubts .
Thanks for using Health care magic & giving me an opportunity to assist you.
Welcome for any further queries.
