What Causes Urinary Incontincence?

I have been urinating on myself for about month. I feel like my bladder is emptying by its self. At the point I get into the restroom an begin to undo my pants I m already urinating on myself. I am 28 years old, only major surgery was a section no major health issues currently have an umbilical hernia

Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. It appears to be functional incontinence.
2. Commonly associated with stress or anxiety.
3. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, carbonated drinks as they increase diuresis. Relaxation is necessary. If there is any burning urination, then urine microscopy is necessary to rule out urinary tract infection.
4. Pelvic muscle exercises and relaxation along with meditation to reduce stress/ anxiety will be helpful.
