What Causes Urinary Incontinence After Undergoing Pap Smear?

i recently did pap smear and since then I am unable to hold urine.. the need to go to the bathroom is still normal but when it happens I have to do it there & then otherwise I wet myself even trying to go from bedroom to bathroom takes too long sometimes especially the first pee in the morning
