What Causes Urinary Incontinence And Burning Sensation In The Abdomen?

Hello, I have an urgency ro urinate, but when I get to the restroom,...very little urination flow! Also, eat very little, but feel bloated all the time! Can eat a few bites of food and feel like I ate a 3 course meal! Cant lose weight, thirst all the time, urine is a bright yellow and have a burning sensation in my tummy all the time! Also, have been diagnosed with IBS and am HIV +

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
It looks like you are suffering an UTI and you should do an uroculture to take the right antibiotic that works for you.
The low immune system response due to hiv+ gives vulnerability to UTI.
The bloating and increased weight comes due to Ibs.
You should do also a glucose levels fasting and post prandial because diabetes is suspected due to thirst symptoms

Use ibuprofen to ease pain.
