The symptoms you are experiencing is suggestive of urge incontinence. Underlying Urinary tract infection can cause this. Urine analysis and culture can confirm the diagnosis. Treatment is with antibiotics like Nitrofurantoin. It is also important to check blood sugar levels to see if diabetes is controlled. Uncontrolled diabetes can make you prone to infections.
