What Causes Urinary Incontinence While Being Diabetic?

I have several ocassions to urinate during night time, and when the urge comes ,unable to hold it and often soil the under garment. Feel the desire to urinate at very close interval, may be within 10-15 minutes time. I am 75, Diabetic, on Insulin, and also hypertensive. Which way Solitral would help, what would be course of treatment.Samar Mukherjee

The symptoms you are experiencing is suggestive of urge incontinence. Underlying Urinary tract infection can cause this.
Urine analysis and culture can confirm the diagnosis.
Treatment is with antibiotics like Nitrofurantoin.
It is also important to check blood sugar levels to see if diabetes is controlled. Uncontrolled diabetes can make you prone to infections.
