What Causes Urinary Incontinence?

I feel like I have to pee continuously I use the bathroom all the time. I have this white stuff come out when I pee, when I have sex and bust white I think its discharge releases and my bladder hurts like I have to pee out more when I use the bathroom.

Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Urgency with Incontinence with discharge from peribulbar periurethral glands which have got STD affliction in the past.
So when you do have sex, the parasympathetic stimulation to periurethral glands,which are inflamed already, secrete flush of white fluid, which mixes with seminal overflooding due to its inflammation,and this adds to urinary pain from the irritant urethra and urinary sphincter with irritant bladder muscles,causing Urinary Incontenance and Urinary Urgency in your case.
CT prostate and Contrast Bladder/ urethrography studies would confirm inflammatory anatomy of Lower Urinary tract. Second Opinion from Urologist with LCr test of Urine and blood would fix diagnosis in your case.
