What Causes Urinary Urgency And Burning Sensation?

hi iam having urine infection i guess for quite sometime since 2 mnths i was taking homeopathy and allopathy i am not getting relive i have urge to go to the toilet and i do pass urine and after i am superficial slight burning sensation .pls advice...

For symptomatic relief from burning micturition u can start urinary alkaliser solution....
and for the uti that is not responding to treatment till now kindly get done X ray of abdomen to rule out any urinary tract stone diaease... and sonogram also...
U can start antibiotics acoording to urine culture and sensitivity report....
