What Causes Urinary Urgency With Abdominal Pain?

i am 15, 169 cm, and weigh 61.2 kg. i always need to pee, and when the urge comes, i am desperate. i have constant lower back and lower abdominal pain, that radiates up my sides. i am ALWAYS extremely tired and weak. i constantly have headaches, every day. i also suffer bone pain, nausea, indigestion, heartburn and increased belching

Hi.
U need to get urine routine and culture and Ultrasound KUB. Rule out urinary tract infection and any stone disease by above tests. If any infection or stone is found, it needs to be corrected with antibiotics and surgery respectively.
For heartburn and dyspepsia, take pantoprazole twice daily in empty stomach.
For indigestion, take enzymes thrice daily.
U also might have constipation.. for which u may take laxative. Correction of constipation will also improve ur urinary problem.
