What Causes Urination As Droplets At The Age Of 60?

Dear sir my father has a problem that is urine is coming drop by drop with pain, we consulted the doctor but he said that you are having cholesterol inside the wall of the testies based of the blood tests (serium cholesterol : 175mg/dl, Blood ures :30mg/dl, Serum creatinine :1.0mg/dl). But Dr. said that you need the surgery after one month.please give the suggestions for my father his age is 60

Hi,
There seems to be some confusion. Diagnosis of your father appears to be benign prostatic hypertrophy. It is commonly seen in the elderly.

As the organ donation enlarges, it compresses on urethra. Symptoms include difficulty in passing urine, pain during passage of urine and infections due to stagnant urine.
Medications are available in early stages like alpha blocker group of drugs.
Later stages, surgery is advised. You can consult an urologist for it.
All the blood tests given are within normal range.
