What Causes Urination Difficulty With Lower Abdominal Pain?

I am a 32 year old female. My son is almost 16months old. I have noticed for the past couple of days to a week now that I am having urine hesitancy, straining so much to get urine to flow that I may cause myself to have a bowel movement. Also I have been waking up at night several times to go to the bathroom.

Today I have noticed a lower constant aching in my lower abdominal area. I did a urine dip and it was negative.

Not sure what to do, I just don't feel good.

Please help.

Thanks

Respected user , Hi

Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* This seems in relation with calculus in the urinary system ( as infection is
ruled out ) .

* While primary relief can be with drotaverine tablet , suggested to get a
prescription of ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis with your doctor
for the diagnosis and further management .

Hope this will help you .
Welcome for further guidance .

Regards dear take care .
