What Causes Urination Pain With Penis Bulging And Blockage Sensations?

I am a 27 yr old male. I have recently experienced a stinging pain when I urinate and my penis also bulges like theres a blockage. I have no discharge, itchines, rashes etc so don t think it eould be an std. Ive also never had unprotected sex so that would rule that out too.

The symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection.

I recommend to do a urine test to confirm the diagnosis.

If the diagnosis is confirmed, I suggest to take a cycle of antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin twice a day for a week.

I also suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.
