What Causes Urination Problem In Kids?

hi,my son is 3.5 month old.while urinating he stops 2 or 3 times.so doctor told me to do urine analysis.his urine analysis is -transperancy-slightly turbid,red blood cell-0-2/hpf,pus cells- 1-3/hpf, epithelial cells- 2-4/ hpf,bacteria -+...at the time of test he had slight fever and cough.so kindly advise

It can be asymptomatic bacteriuria , do urine culture and sensitivity to antibiotics.Then wash her with soda water twice a day,use baneocin powder 2 times a day.Then after 5 days of treatment repeat analysis, because it seems she has banal vulvovaginitis
