General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There are several explanations for that:
- too much fluids in the afternoon and at bedtime. Should avoid in the future. Start training yourself to wake up during nighttime to go to bathroom.
- getting stressed recently. Should cope with stress
- any urological problem: incontinence. Should consult further with urologist to evaluate the uro-genital and related morphological pathologies.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
