What Causes Urine Cold?

I just took a urine test for a life insurance policy. The medical examiner said the urine felt cold and temperature was recorded. This is the second exam with the same issure. I was wondering what it is. I am 5 foot 6 and weigh 182 lbs. I have asthma and take Advair Medication daily
